Hi Eunice, We don't do that as a matter of course here, but we did just pilot our telecommuting policy. The college was considering implementing a College-wide policy for administrative staff. We already had a number of telecommuters in Library & Technology Services (LTS), and the CIO had asked me to write a formal telecommuting policy for our department to govern this practice. The group that was looking into the College-wide policy asked LTS to pilot the policy for 6 months first. After the 6 months the group reconvened (that included myself and the CIO) and we discussed what was working or not working and made changes to the policy. I think it was a useful exercise.
Kind regards, Donna Donna Volpe Strouse Director of LTS Administration & Information Security Officer Library & Technology Services Wellesley College Clapp Library 246 781-283-3425 **** Many people want your password so they can steal your information.
