Hi Kim. Last year, FIU researched various policy management software tools and participated in numerous demos. After months of comparing, discussing and participating in more demos, we have decided to contract with Convercent.
We chose Convercent because it has the hotline, case management, policy management, campaign management, education & training tracking and reporting tools that we were looking for at a reasonable cost.
