Hi Mindy:
I don't have the actual policy language at hand, but the essentials are:

   - for planned maintenance provide the student 24 hours written notice
   (email)
   - emergency services do not require notice
   - for all entry, knock then wait for reply. If no response, knock again,
   wait for reply, then enter.

we do not generally require two-person teams.
