We don't have any specific mention of the term "bullying" in UVU policy,
but in the Student Code (which can be viewed here
<http://www.uvu.edu/policies/officialpolicy/uploads/public/500/541_550/541
.student_rights_and_responsibilities_code.20061116.pdf> ), it talks about
how students have the right to be free of intimidation, harassment, and so
forth. The Student Code also sets the expectation that students will not
engage in this type of behavior.

Could someone direct me to any discussion of bullying this group has
already done? If not, do you have any relevant policies you would be
willing to share?

Thanks,

Alan,

If you go to the ACUPA website:
<http://www.acupa.org%3chttp:/www.acupa.org>
www.acupa.org<http://www.acupa.org> you can click on a tab (at the top of
the screen) that says eLIST POSTS. From there you can review the past
year's posts and also access the List Archives and conduct a search query
using key words. Hope this helps.
