I don't know if your inquiry encompasses payment cards, but I thought I would mention that in reviewing our standard for compliance with PCI (found here<http://www.purdue.edu/policies/business-finance/s1.html>), we are looking to supplement it with its own procedures for responding to data incidents rather than to continue referring to the general Incident Response policy.
