North Dakota's State Board of Higher Education prohibits possession, sale,
service, use, or consumption of alcoholic beverages upon land or in buildings,
except as authorized by the institution's president.

While not specifically addressing your inquiry regarding the use of alcohol for
education purposes, procedures for requesting an alcohol exception (to be
allowed on campus) are found on page 10 of the above referenced policy.

Subject: [acupa-l] Alcohol in Educational Facilities

Good Morning Policy Cohorts!

Our college recently revised our Drugs and Alcohol policy to allow alcohol in
educational facilities. This was done primarily to accommodate programs in the
culinary department. Here is the link to our revised policy:
http://content.nwacc.edu/administrativeservices/PolicyforAS/HR/DrugsAlcoholPolicySept2015.pdf

I am look for Procedures regarding the use of Alcohol in Educational Facilities.

Thanks in advance for your help!
