Please see the policy need, copied below, from our institution's Chief Student 
Services Officer:

I am in need of  an example policy that addresses how institutions ensure ADA 
compliance for software purchased for academic purposes.
It would be most helpful if we can find something that ties this directly to 
the ADA.
