Subject: [acupa-l] Advertising and/or Sponsorship policies

Dear ACUPA members,

Does your institution have a policy on advertising and/or sponsorship of
external organizations? Our campus marketing and communications department is
proposing a policy requiring departments (excluding retail units such as the
bookstores) to obtain campus-level approval before advertising or sponsoring a
community-oriented, charitable or business organization.

I am interested in reading related policies and procedures for institutions
that provide this type of central coordination and cohesive messaging.

Thank you.
