Happy Tuesday everyone, ACUPA’s Events Planning Committee is hard at work organizing its 2016 conference in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Even though the final schedule of events hasn’t been finalized, the dates (May 5-7, 2016) and the location for the conference sessions (Hilton Minneapolis) are all set!
*Ready to come?* The conference hotel has now opened up our special registration site and they have already indicated that rooms are booking fast for the months of April and May. To provide an opportunity for our attendees to stay in the same hotel as the conference, we encourage you to reserve your hotel rooms now. There is a block of rooms reserved for our event, but we were conservative in our numbers. If the rooms in this block are booked early rather than later, we will try to expand our block. The hotel is guaranteeing the same great rate ($149/night) for up to three days before the conference and for three days following the end of the conference, so long as the same type of room is available.
