Hi Rachel,

ODU does not have a specific bullying policy but students could be charged
under the Code of Student Conduct (Board level policy for harassment and/or
intimidation in violation of our Discrimination Policy (University Policy).

Policy<http://www.odu.edu/content/dam/odu/policies/university/1000/univ-1005.pdf>

For employees, behaviors that are categorized as bullying in nature are
addressed under the University's Code of Ethics for all employees (University
Policy), which states "We will nurture a climate of care, concern and
civility."), as well as the Standards of Conduct Policy for our classified
employees (State Policy)

Subject: [acupa-l] Bullying policies

Good Morning ACUPA members,
We have drafted a policy on Bullying, but our Systems Office policy is very
vague. Before we approve our policy, our general counsel would like to see some
examples of other college's Bullying policies.

Thank you,
Rachel
