Our IT policies are at http://wwwp.oakland.edu/policies/

The policies are:
830 - General IT that really exists to state what is the responsibility of
central IT (to stop the rogue IT effect).
850 - Network Infrastructure policy.
860 - Information Security - data classifications
870 - Software Regulations - a process negotiated with several campus
departments to make sure we can procure and maintain software.
880 - Systems Administration - again, setting a standard so we can turn off
servers / systems that present a security risk.
890 - General appropriate use for anyone using campus IT resources

Our IT guidelines provide more insight:
www.oakland.edu/uts/policies<http://www.oakland.edu/uts/policies>
We provide a short list/links of other policies that relate but are not
straight IT - like Red Flag.
