Ours is referenced within our Sexual Misconduct policy<http://policies.iu.edu/policies/categories/administration-operations/equal-opportunity/sexual-misconduct.shtml> and there is also a state statute: Amnesty
The University strongly encourages students to report instances of sexual misconduct. Therefore, students who report an incident of sexual misconduct will not be disciplined by the University for any violations of the Code of Students Rights and Responsibilities related to their drug and/or alcohol consumption in connection with the reported incident of sexual misconduct. Students are also afforded immunity against certain charges for alcohol related crimes under Indiana's Lifeline Law in connection with a report of a medical emergency, so long as they cooperate with law enforcement at the scene. (See IC 7.1-5-1-6.5<https://iga.in.gov/legislative/laws/2014/ic/titles/7.1/articles/005/chapters/001/>) Good luck! Jenny Jennifer U.
