Melinda, At Clemson we are using a 3 year review cycle. However, we do have some policies that require an annual review and report to the Board of Trustees (ex. Compensation Policy). Although the policy may not change every year, it does receive a thorough review. One of the more common driving forces for policy review is a regulatory changes. We have already identified 7 policies that will need to be reviewed and approved by December 1, 2016 as a result of the FLSA changes this year.
