Hi Robin, The University of Washington shows part of these authorities in our Board of Regents Governance, Standing Orders, Chapter 1, Section 6<http://www.washington.edu/admin/rules/policies/BRG/SOCh1.html#6> (designating what the Board retains authority for and what is delegated to the University President), and part in our Administrative Order No. 1<ington.edu/admin/rules/policies/PO/AO1.html>, (which shows what the University President further delegates to various other individuals). It should be noted that Administrative Order No. 1 is about to receive further revision next month, but this will give you an idea of our policy structure and authority thresholds.
