Not sure if this is what you are looking for, but Grand Canyon University considers the content in the Student Handbook as policies, and speaks to online etiquette on page 36 of the Handbook (see Class Participation section). As an adjunct instructor, I have found that the university also gives me a lot of support in managing etiquette in my classes, so long as I have posted written guidance of my expectations in the first week.
