Here is a general outline for the 2017 Conference to help with your travel
planning:
Weds, June 21 (first day):
7:30 to 11 a.m. Registration
8:30 to 11:15 a.m. Pre-conference Workshop sessions
11:45 to 4 p.m. Conference Kick-off, keynote,
and regular sessions
5 p.m. on Evening Networking Event
starts (off-site)
Thursday, June 22 (second day) Sessions run all day long through 5:15 p.m.
(Dinner on your
own)
Friday, June 23 (last day)
7 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Conference
activities/sessions/closing runs through 12:15 p.m.

Many thanks for your hard work on our upcoming conference! I was wondering, for
planning purposes, if the conference (minus pre-conference) will be starting
around noonish on the 21st, and ending around noonish on the 23rd, or
otherwise? I am looking ahead at flights and want to make sure I plan
appropriately - and I thought this might be helpful for others as well.
