Hello Sheryl, This is an interesting question. We do not have such a policy and our presidential residence, which was donated to the University of Washington many years ago, is off-campus, in a lovely residential neighborhood. However, we do maintain an annual inventory of household items retained as university property at the presidential residence; and household maintenance, including grounds, is handled by UW staff.

I'm thinking of the keeping of pets, storage of weapons, shooting practice on the grounds, etc. Along the lines of the things one might expect to find in a lease when renting residential property. Many thanks in advance!
