Does anyone have a policy or procedure about how your institution handles International Contracts / International Linkage Agreements (not including contracts for goods or services)?
I am mostly interested in reviewing policies/procedures focused on initiating, planning, evaluating, and reviewing linkages between institutions and its counterparts abroad for contracts engaged in agreements such as faculty collaborations, co-curricular programs, student exchange programs, non-degree or non-academic programs, etc. We do not currently have a formalized policy in place, but have a committee evaluating the process.
