Tinu,

We don't have any branding for our policy office. When the office was first
established almost 8 years ago, we did a lot of communication and reached out
to the various policy owners on campus so that they would know about the new
office and process. Beyond that, my office isn't really a resource for the
general university community, because specific policy questions need to go to
the policy's owner who is responsible for administration and interpretation.

On a similar note, we did a fair amount of search optimization to our website
the last time it was updated so that policies would come up in searches. Each
policy has a list of contacts for questions, so if users can find the policy
they will hopefully see who to contact.

Best,

Subject: [acupa-l] Policy Program Branding/Marketing

Hi all,
Connected to the question that came through a week or two ago about
communication across campus, I'd be interested in knowing whether you use any
branding or marketing efforts/campaigns to promote your program or elements of
your program/office?
(e.g. taglines, slogans, mottos, a cool, school-themed name for your anonymous
hotline, code of conduct badge cards, scary neon orange phone stickers, etc.)
And for those that do, I'd be particularly interested in effectiveness and how
you measured effectiveness.
Thanks as always!
