Hi all, So lovely meeting many of you last week at the conference. I'm working on my first annual report and was wondering what metrics your programs use to measure and communicate your program's/office's progress, achievements, accomplishments or value to your university. I believe someone started mentioning this during one of the presentations (number of meetings/"touches" across campus) and I submitted it as a question for the Policy Potpourri session but had to catch an early flight and couldn't stay for the discussion.
