At the University of New Mexico, our University Communications and Marketing
office has some 'guidelines' and a form on commercial filming on campus
(http://ucam.unm.edu/marketing/film-guidelines/unm-film-guidelines.pdf).
The only place it is mentioned in our administrative policies is in our UAP
2060 ("Political Activities"), at this link and the relevant section copied

6. Commercial Filming of Events
Requests for commercial filming or photographing of the University for
political activities should be submitted to University Communication and
Marketing (UCAM) by completing the Guidelines and Application for Film or
Commercial Photography.
