Our Grievance policy for unrepresented staff is here:
http://www.uvm.edu/policies/hr/complaint.pdf

Represented staff and faculty follow their bargaining unit agreements. We
prohibit firearms on campus except for law enforcement officers. You might
look for guidance in the firearm policies for schools that permit them.

Subject: [acupa-l] Employee Grievance Policy

Good Afternoon,

We are updating our employee grievance policy and wonder if anyone might be
willing to share their policy and procedures? I am especially curious to hear
from schools that allow handguns on campus? Do you allow guns in grievance or
disciplinary meetings?
