Good afternoon, ACUPA members,
As vice-chair for administration, I am responsible to manage the ACUPA bylaws.
The most recent, suggested bylaws amendments were openly discussed at the
general meeting of the full membership, which took place on Thursday, June 22,
2017, at the annual ACUPA conference in Minneapolis. Subsequently, the voting
members of ACUPA approved the changes by an electronic vote that ended on
August 11, 2017.
Please note the creation of a new member type ("Vendor or Other Affiliate").
The new ACUPA Bylaws have been posted, and are available at
