Aimee,
At Memorial University, the practice of centrally maintaining a physical
handbook ended in 1996. In 2008, our senior administration deemed that the
online version of policy is the only official version, available here:
www.mun.ca/policy<http://www.mun.ca/policy>. Some users print various
sections of the University Policy Collection, however that practice is
informally discouraged (as a sustainability initiative). Hope this helps.

Subject: [acupa-l] Maintaining Physical Policy Handbooks

Good afternoon,

I am curious to know if other institutions with online policy libraries are
also maintaining a physical handbook for students and employees.

Thank you.
Aimee
