We use Active Administrator from ScriptLogic. Also a great product...and not 
too pricey.

If you want to get really good control of things add their Security
Manager.

Is there anyway to track what changes where made to user's accounts,
etc., in AD?   For example, if a user was removed from being a member of
a group, but was put back in, is there a way to tell who did it?
