First thing I'd try is to run a checkdisk in read-only mode. If
everything is ok, then you can try to map a drive letter to a deeper
directory in the folder tree and try copying files.
If checkdisk shows errors I'd check if there are recent good backups,
if so then chkdsk /f /r is the next step.
Once the full checkdisk finishes and the file system is back in a good
shape, google for a utility called admnalow.exe and run it on that
drive. Then try to copy your files again ;)
