To convert
128538571155620381
Extracted from AD into to something readable (on XP) use the w32tm
command:
C:\>w32tm /ntte 128538571155620381
148771 11:51:55.5620381 - 4/28/2008 7:51:55 AM (local time)
If your server OS doesn't have the w32tm utility - copy the EXE and the
associated DLL to your server OS and if they are in your path, they
should work.
I use the above as part of a script I wrote...
C:\temp\lastlogon2>getlastlogon
Usage: getlastlogon samid [domain_controller]
Where userid is the SAMID (samaccountname) and dc-name is the name of a
domain controller (if not specified, it defaults to the DC that logged
you on)
C:\temp\lastlogon2>getlastlogon userid dc-name
dc-name userid 128538571155620381 4/28/2008 7:51:55
(note: userid and dc-name in the above example changed to protect me -
the data is valid - and I stripped off the AM/PM as I wasn't needing
that)

Subject: csvde question
Hello everyone,
I just ran a csvde from our AD to get a report of last logged on time.
Numbers are in 1.2856E+17 and I can't figure out how to convert it to
"human" readable format. Do you have the formula on top of your mind?
Appreciated
