It is in the Windows Server 2003 Resource Kit Tools folder. It is not documented in the Help document.
You will find the instructions on how to install it in the readme.txt for the Resource Kit. This can be found as a download under something like :Account Lockout and Information tools. It will display the last logon info as recorded by the particular DC that you're querying, so to be thorough, you'll need to connect to each DC with ADUC to see the bigger picture. If you have trouble finding it, just reply and I'll post a link. Very handy little addon that jazzes up the ADUC snapin without having to go 3rd party. Don't know why they just haven't included it in future releases, works on all flavors of AD.
