You should have asked here. There are many of us who have been running admin 
tools on Vista for some time now. Vista SP1 really made things much easier 
though.

I too had this problem and like you found little to no guidance on the net for 
solutions.  I ended up giving up on this and shortly thereafter  downgraded to 
XP.  Now all my admin tools work again.

I installed the Win3K AdminPak on my Vista workstation.   When I build my AD 
snap-in, I cannot get the Active Directory Users and Computers snap-in to load. 
  I see a few solutions on the web, but none seem to work.  I have DHCP, DNS, 
and others loaded but not the above

Any suggestions....???
