I will advise you to take a look at Miansi's Series of Windows 2003/2008
books which cover this stuff soup to nuts, great insight and way to
learn it.

Subject: Tips 'n' Tricks

I'm not much more than a glorified PC Tech, although my title is "IT
Manager." I don't know much more about administering an active directory
than how to create users, change passwords, etc. Basically the same sort
of things you were able to do in an NT Domain.

I am looking at doing some more advanced stuff such as enabling roaming
profiles, etc, but I have no idea how to set that stuff up. Where can I
find tutorials on stuff like that?
