Subject: User can change their own passwords?

Hi:

I am an admin managing about 2000 users in Windows 2003 AD environment.

I am looking for a solution that allows my users to handle their own password
issues - such as when they either forget their own passwords or lock themselves
out with fat fingering their password etc.

Anyone know of solutions they have tried and would recommend?

Thanks,
Sammy
