I have rebooted both of the domain controller servers and still no luck
from any computer in the office, I can't even see them on either of the
domain controllers.

Reboot the remote server/PC. 
You simply ran over allowable RPC/connection.

I have suddenly developed the inability to see network computers in
"Network Places". It has always been accessible before here is the
