It does not have to be alot of exp. but they have to have worked on the systems. Ideally she would like someone with PM exp. put this is not required. She may have 2 more jobs similar to this coming out in the next 30 days. * AS400 Programmer Analyst - PRISM support Minimum Requirements – 5 years AS/400 experience (OS/400, DB400, CL, RPG) – 3 years working on MRP systems – experience working in a structured environment with strict adherence to SOPs – emulation software configuration and ODBC configuration – 2 years experience writing technical documents (e.g. design/unit specs and system test cases) – excellent oral and written communication skills – experience providing 1st line support to customers in high pressure situations – highly motivated self starter Highly desirable – experience supporting Infor's PRISM software package (former vendor's were SSA Global, Invensys and Baan) – IBM's QRY tool experience – MQSeries experience – experience using Robot/Scheduler or similar scheduling tool in AS/400 environment – project management skills – experience using TurnOver change management tool Details GMS-IT-GARM-MRP Systems Support is responsible for the support of PRISM software which supports the MRP processes in the North America Consumer Healthcare manufacturing sites. Candidate must possess strong customer service focus, sense of urgency and 'can do' attitude with a demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments concurrently 'on-time' and to budget.
