In all these years, has nobody noticed that in RM-22-Html.zip and 
AA-22-Html.zip (downloadable from 
http://www.ada-auth.org/standards/ada22.html Zip of HTML files 
<http://www.ada-auth.org/standards/22rm/RM-22-Html.zip> (RM) and Zip of 
HTML files (changes from Ada 2012 highlighted) 
<http://www.ada-auth.org/standards/22aarm/AA-22-Html.zip> (AARM)) the 
above clause is missing?

Didn't check other editions.
