Garry, please stop argueing points that have already been addressed - it
is not necessary to discuss them in detail again and again, Shahin can
just as well go back to the list archives and read up on the previous
discussion. I see that you intend well, but if your counterparts do
not listen it is not serving a useful purpose.

General call to order: the noise on the list is again raising quite a lot,
by repetition of points that have been discussed (in variants) exhaustively
in the discussion and review phases.

Last Call is for *new* concerns.

If you're not sure if your concern has already been mentioned, don't
"just run out and shout", read up the archives first, and Sander's
very detailed summary. If you're still not sure, talk to the chairs
first ([email protected]).

What we are NOT interested in is new variants of "this is not going far
enough", "people will find other ways to make money", "I want the last /8
policy to be changed in other ways!", "it impacts my business!", "IPv4
must run out quickly, otherwise nobody will deply IPv6!" - these have
been heard before.

If you keep posting such, we *will* install some sort of moderation to
keep the list useful. Most likely just moderating specific individuals.
