The documents are online on the RIPE website - search for "policy development" - and of course the RIPE NCC policy development officer is happy to help ([email protected]). But before you all rush to send in new proposals - please wait for the RIPE meeting next week. We'll discuss this in the meeting, and then we have a better idea which direction the "new proposal" should take (just sending another one that doesn't get consensus either is wasting everyone's time) and see who will take it.
