Hi working group, After reviewing the discussions on this mailing list about cleaning up unused AS numbers we think that the concerns and questions that came up have been addressed by the RIPE NCC. Therefore the working group chairs have asked the RIPE NCC to take the feedback into account and proceed with the cleanup.
