ARM (32-bit) is fully supported, we run ASAN on Android devices.
If you mean regular ARM-Linux, it's a matter of someone setting a build bot
and ensuring that it works (and maybe sending a couple of patches).
Patches to support AArch64 has been applied recently as well, but I don't
have accesses to AArch64 machines so I can't tell if it is already fully
usable.
