GCC allows both static and dynamic ASan runtime (dynamic is default) but
LLVM currently only allows static version. This rules out a rather
important use-case of sanitized shared library and unsanitized executable
(see e.g.
https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/address-sanitizer/XJXOrSvN8vg).
