On Linux, we have a hack to chdir to a directory where we want coverage
files. We need an option in ASAN_OPTIONS to specify path to directory where
we want those files. This helps to remove the hack and also fixes other
issues we need to be inside the application archive directory [so that e.g.
pdb on windows get located, etc].
