Packaging of javacc plugin

I noticed that the maven-javacc-plugin is still in an Oracle package.  
There's a directory hierarchy for the org.apache.myfaces.adfbuild 
package, but it's empty.  Should we perhaps repackage JavaCCMojo.java?

Also, there's a vestigal, empty tree at 
trunk/adf-faces/adf-faces-demo/src/test/java/oracle
