what about also adding a blank application?
That would be a good "starting" point for people, interested in using Trinidad.
Most of the Apache projects I know provide that kind of starter app
(struts, myfaces, shale)

this is just for non-maven guys.
We need to give them the chance to download the -api/-impl stuff as well.
Here the demo makes the most sense, therefore I'd like to do those structure
changes.
