Style Class changes for Flexible Components in base-desktop.xss

My patch seeks to modify the style classes defined for the Flexible Components
(also called Customizable Components) in the base-desktop.xss file.
Currently, the said components are not being rendered properly due to the
incompatibiltiy between the components' rendering code and the assoicated style
class definitions in base-desktop.xss.The consumers of these components are not
able to use them due to the missing styles and are blocked for progress (hence
the "blocker" priority).
