Add a date picker for MM/YYYY pattern

Sometimes, users want to selet only a year and a month. The current date picker
allows to select the 1st of a month, but that's not as intuitive as a reduced
date picker including only month and year selection.
This issue could be resolved either by evaluating the converter to select what
date picker to use, or this could lead to the creation on a brand new component
heavily based on selectInputDate.
