The oracle.adfinternal.view.faces.skin.icon.TextIcon class does take a
styleClass and inlineStyle in one constructor. However, there is no way to add
to the original base values (no getters or setters), and even if they're
provided to renderIcon in the attrs Map, renderIcon ignores them.
