BlackBerry Browser agent support was added in ADFFACES-110, but because the
skins were not modified pages "look bad" when using the default minimal skin
due to the font sizes that are specified.
For example, on the first page of the Trinidad Demo application
(trinidad-demo\src\main\webapp\index.jspx), the text in the panelHeader appears
quite large and takes up too much screen real estate.
