Remove Unsupported Facets from tr:panelPage

The tr:panelPage component includes several facets that are not supported in
renderers, are not represented in the demos, and have sparse documentation.
These facets are:
auxiliary1
auxiliary2
auxiliaryGlobal
contextGlobal
contextLocal
toolbar1
toolbar2
toolbarGlobal
According to Matt Cooper in an 8/28 e-mail to adffaces-dev:
"These are leftovers from a plan to introduce many more facet regions to the
panelPage component. At one time we were hoping to fully implement them but
the plan kept getting postponed and never took off. Please feel free to
delete them since I believe nobody wants them to be implemented anymore. "
