I am submitting a patch (patches\patch_sept23_12_58PM_panelRadio.patch) that
resolves this issue. panelRadio works on IE Mobile, PIE and BB when this patch
is applied. Major changes include including a hidden 'event' input type element
for BB in FormRenderer.java. Others include submiting form in a non PPR fashion
for PIE and IE Mobile. PPR does not occur succesfully because of lack of
innerHTML support on table component.
