In case of the tr:selectBooleanCheckbox there is an css class attribute
rendered to HTML-tag, but that class is not generated in theCSS-file.
In case of the tr:outputText there is no styling rendered to HTML at all.
A workaround is to specify the desired font and size styles in inlineStyle
attributes at this components.
