I am attaching the patch that solves this issue on Pocket IE and IE Mobile.
(patch_oct05_12_53PM_panelHeaderIndent_pda.patch). Blackberry will not be
supported as it lacks CSS support. Major changes include changing skinning
attributes for ppc and versions 4,5 . See patch for more details.
